Oyster Beach House Rates Season rates, May 15th - October 15th: •  Monday - Thursday   $250.00 per night •  Friday - Sunday $275.00 per night •  Full week $1600.00 per week Off-season rates, October 16th - May 14th: •  Monday - Thursday   $200.00 per night •  Friday - Sunday $225.00 per night •  Full week $1250.00 per week Listed rates do not include a 7.8% state sales tax. Additionally, there is a 10% cleaning fee for daily rental (minimum $50.00) or $100.00 cleaning fee for weekly rental. Occupancy is limited to no more than 6 people with a minimum stay of 2 nights . Please, no prom or or high school graduation parties. The owners reserve the right to terminate rental with no prior notice and no refund based upon violations of the rules and regulations governing occupancy. A $200.00 dollar fully refundable damage deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the residence. Payment of 50% of the rental amount is required 30 days prior to occupancy with the remaining balance paid at the time of occupancy. Check-in to Oyster Beach House is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise authorized by the proprietors. Cancellation in excess of 30 days prior to scheduled occupancy will result in a full refund. Cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to scheduled occupancy will result in a 50% refund. Cancellation under 15 days prior to occupancy is non-refundable. Small pets are welcome with the owner's permission subject to a $150.00 pet deposit paid at the time of booking and refundable at the conclusion of the rental. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
